Certified Master Inspectors

Alberta Master Home Inspectors are fully Certified Master Inspectors (CMI). This is the most important designation in the home inspection industry. A CMI Inspector has to abide by a strict code of ethics, has to have a certain level of paid experience, and has achieved the highest level of competency in the industry. We are experts in our field and proud to be CMI inspectors.

Infra-red Certified

Alberta Master Home Inspectors are also Infra-red Certified, meaning that we are trained at the highest level to use an infra-red camera to locate areas of heat loss within the home. This will highlight potential problems regarding increased energy costs for either the home buyer or seller. You can make a judgment call based on heat loss or retention.

IAC2 Certified

We have also worked hard to achieve IAC2 certification, meaning we are certified indoor air consultants. The International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants is the certifying body for home inspectors that have fulfilled the educational requirements necessary to conduct indoor air quality and water testing. We will test for mold and radon to make sure the air quality is high and safe to breathe.
